"But I can't do a whole day of yoga!"

This will be a nourishing day with different activities and you don't need any previous yoga experience or to have a 'yoga body'.  

Tessa will guide you through different practices all designed to leave you feeling 'Aaahhhh' by the end of the day.  The venue has underfloor heating if we need it and a garden overlooking Oxfordshire fields.
