If you're looking for dedicated time to enjoy your pregnancy, to keep active and healthy in pregnancy by exercising safely, meet other mums-to-be and prepare for the labour, you've come to the right place.
I have taught Pregnancy Yoga for 15 years to nearly 1000 women! I am a member of the Maternity Voices Forum at the RBH and have a PhD in Medical Sociology. I am lucky to have two beautiful daughters.

Individual sessions are available in the comfort of your own home or at my house (Caversham). Sessions are £45 in Central Reading or Caversham (or £50 further afield), and available between 9.30 and 2.30 on weekdays around group classes.
"I had a few 1-2-1 sessions with Tessa during my pregnancy as I was very anxious about the labour. The sessions helped me relax and to look at labour as a positive experience and the deep breathing exercises really helped during the birthing process and I was in labour for less than three hours. Classes are currently virtual, using Zoom so that I can still interact with you.
Thursdays, at 6.30-7.45pm and Saturdays at 10-11.15am
Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy (possibly sooner, but get in touch first).
During the crisis I am also giving a YouTube live on my channel on Wednesdays 8.30am

Pregnancy is a time of huge change physically and emotionally, so I created the Pregnancy & Birth Colouring Book (with links to relaxations) to give you space to prepare. (Individual pages are also available through Etsy - see here).
These special gatherings provide an alternative to baby showers where the focus is on supporting the mother as she approaches the birth, rather than giving things for that baby. I can facilitate these in your home or a venue of your choosing, with friends and/or family. Please read more about them here.
