The Pregnancy Yoga and Well Woman Yoga classes have both in person and virtual options - please click on the BOOK NOW link to choose.


If you do not see a Well Woman or Mum & Baby Yoga class listed, we are probably mid-block. Email me to see if there's space to attend the remaining sessions.


In case it's important to you for feeling comfortable in class, I offer classes with no hands-on adjustments and stay on my mat rather than walking around the room. You can choose where to position yourself in the class and everything suggested to do is an invitation.


Pregnancy class pass

This gives you a discount on in person classes.

There is no pregnancy class on March 5th as the school has an event.
