Thursdays 6.30-7.15pm and Saturdays 10-11.15am

Mum and Baby Yoga

Tuesdays 9.45-10.45, 11-12 (term time only)

Well Woman Yoga

Thursdays 8-9.15pm (term time only)

FREE parking, all classes in Caversham, Reading.

Beginners welcome.

The Pregnancy Yoga and Well Woman Yoga classes have both in person and virtual options - please click on the link to choose.


If you do not see a Well Woman or Mum & Baby Yoga class listed, we are probably mid-block. Email me to see if there's space to attend the remaining sessions.


In case it's important to you for feeling comfortable in class, I offer classes with no hands-on adjustments and stay on my mat rather than walking around the room. You can choose where to position yourself in the class and everything suggested is an invitation.

There are no prenatal classes on Thursdays 21st and 28th and Saturdays 23rd and 30th July as I'll be away for a holiday.
