The Celebration Day is a one off event for girls between the ages of 10-12. They may or may not have started their period (we won't put her on the spot asking!). On Friday evening before, the mums meet to discuss practicalities and how they can help their daughters at this time of transition. (We can Skype if this isn't feasible.)
Celebration Day for Girls - 27th January 2019
**This is for those who have already been in touch with me. Please email if you are interested.**
Mother and Daughter Circle 1st December 3-4.30pm
The Goddess Circle is part Yin Yoga, part Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and part Circle time. So often in this world our nervous systems are overrun with stimulation and stress. The Goddess Circle is a chance to physically soothe your nervous system and allow space to witness feelings so that they can change.

As well as running local classes and workshops, I have put my expertise into illustrating and writing The Pregnancy & Birth Colouring Book and scripting the Mother & Baby Yoga DVD. The colouring book is supportive whether you have attended a yoga class or not, incorporating everything that I know works for pregnant women.  The Mother & Baby Yoga DVD is great because it allows you to start to stabilise your body before you are able to attend a class and then allows you and your baby to have fun together as the weeks go by.
