Specifically for mamas (that's right no babies, or partners)

Most postnatal classes focus on the baby, but this yummy treat of a workshop focuses on you and your wellbeing. 



Learn a range of quick and effective relaxation techniques with Deborah Pryn of Riverside Hypnobirthing to help you deal with the stresses, strains and transitions of motherhood. You will leave feeling relaxed, restored and more positive.

After lunch we will lie down for a relaxing Yoga Nidra (amazing relaxation technique) while you digest.  Then we will explore how to stabilise and strengthen your body while you cope with the physically demanding job of looking after your little one(s) with a nurturing yoga practice.

*Includes key exercises/ concepts to fit with your daily life at home


This workshop is suitable for you once you are able and happy to leave your little one with loved ones.  It is a chance for some precious 'me time' and to connect with others in a supportive space.
